The customer is a leading distributor of datacentre components in the Bahamas. This assignment involved the identification and documentation of end-to-end business processes along with relevant KPI’s across the organization. Having completed this activity, we went on to evaluate a few ERP solutions readily available in the market including the extent of standard ‘As-Is’ functionality with minimum customization. Microsoft Dynamics 365, a SaaS application, was selected as the ERP of choice based on scope fitment, solution architecture, implementation approach, project timelines, and scalability.
Extending SAP's P2P functionality to the Supplier Ecosystem for seamless communication
One of the world’s largest soft-drinks makers operating in India through a conglomeration of 7000 suppliers and 5000 distributors. While SAP ERP catered to their internal operations, there was a lack of collaboration and visibility between the buyers and suppliers. WPS executed workshops across the P2P channels and proposed to implement a Supplier Portal connecting the buyers and suppliers on a single platform interfacing with SAP ERP. This helped extend SAP’s P2P functionality to the Suppliers and most importantly, helped establish a single window of communication across the ecosystem.

A Development and Investment Company in Oman wanted to do a health check of its SAP system to improve business processes and user adoption to align with their business vision. WPS' KPI-driven workshops helped identify the strategic, tactical, and operational KPI's, which were mapped with SAP ERP and other applications to validate the data sources and identify potential gaps. WPS recommended the necessary changes to be incorporated in SAP ERP in the form of process changes, configuration changes, and enhancements along with a roadmap to implement the same.

WPS helped the client develop a roadmap to move and migrate existing applications including direct “Lift and Shift” as well as build completely new applications on SCP. WPS also manages and maintains the client’s SAP Cloud Platform.

A leading manufacturer and exporter of packaging material in India. WPS’ workshops helped identify and document the client’s business processes along with KPI’s across the organization. It also included industry-specific processes like Bag Weight Calculation and multiple Units of Measurement. Thereafter, we evaluated a few ERPs that offered a business platform that could be easily customized for client-specific processes. ZOHO, a SaaS application, was selected as the ERP Platform of choice based on its ability to build custom applications, ease of use, cloud capability, and scalability.

The client wanted to standardize and normalize some of its existing SAP applications across supply chain, shop floor, and finance functions using SAP Fiori Platform. WPS helped the client develop a roadmap to move and migrate existing applications including direct “Lift and Shift” and build completely new applications. WPS also customized the applications for any-device access and mobile workflow approvals.
